*COMMUNICATE AND ENCOURAGE EACH OTHER THROUGHOUT THE CHALLENGE!!! WERE IN THIS TOGETHER.TRY TO TALK TO EACH OTHER DAILY!!! THIS IS WHY WE ARE LETTING YOU PICK YOUR OWN PARTNER...... 

CHALLENGE RECOMMENDATIONS:

-DRINK 1/2 OF YOUR BODYWEIGHT IN WATER AT A MINIMUM.

-SLEEP 6-9 HOURS EACH NIGHT

-WOD AT LEAST 3 X PER WEEK

CHALLENGE RULES:

ONLY EAT MEAT, VEGGIES, FRUIT, NUTS, SEEDS, AND OIL.

-NO BREAD, SUGAR, BREADED MEAT, LIMIT DELI MEAT, NO OATMEAL, 1 ZONE BAR PER DAY, LIMIT GUM ESP. SUGARY GUM, ALMOND BUTTER IS OK BUT IN LIMITED QUANTITIES (LOOK AT SERVING SIZE), NO SWEETENERS, 1 CUP OF COFFEE PER DAY, 1 PROTEIN SHAKE W/MILK POST WOD WITHIN 30 MINUTES.

**DELI MEATS DON'T EAT PACKAGED MEAT IF YOUR GOING TO GET DELI MEAT GET IT FROM THE DELI WHERE THE CUT IT FOR YOU. 

*YOUR FOOD INGREDIENTS SHOULD BE REAL. IF YOU CAN'T PRONOUNCE IT OR IT HAS PRESERVATIVES YOUR BODY IS NOT​​​​​​​  BENEFITING FROM IT.
