In our 30 day challenge you will receive easy to follow nutrition guidelines and simple daily goals. This challenge will help you live a sustainable healthy lifestyle and motivate you to reach those fitness goals.
1) Download Wodify Rise on your iPhone or Android. All tasks will be delivered and completed on Wodify Rise. Please note that if you've done a challenge before, you will need to log out and log back in to refresh everything. Tasks will be clickable starting at 12:00AM on January 6th.
2) Join the private Facebook Page here: Eat Good Feel Good 30 Day Challenge I'll be posting pictures of all my meals there, sharing recipes, and will also be checking in with some live videos! You should totally join the group!
3) Grocery shopping will need to happen every week. You will receive the grocery list every Friday as a homework assignment. Every single day you are going to need enough food to eat at least breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I will teach you how much, what kind of food, and more as this challenge continues. For starters, think of buying a protein, a carb, and a vegetable to eat for every single meal. If you are new to this, DO NOT WORRY!! This will be very basic. Simplicity is key and everything will get easier as we get going.
