Are you ready for a five week fall challenge? We will learn how to build healthy habits, fuel our bodies, properly hydrate and discover the best version of ourselves while having fun the entire time!
Make sure to download the Wodify Rise App for your iPhone or Android. The challenge daily and weekly assignments will be communicated and completed through this app exclusively so once you've signed up, go ahead and install it on your phone.
A one-hour information/Q&A session will be held on September 3rd, 11am, at the gym, three days before the challenge officially starts. You are not required to attend, but the information shared will be super helpful, especially if you are unfamiliar with meal prepping, macros, and what to look for in the grocery store. We are looking forward to seeing you!
Is this a weight loss challenge?
No! Not unless you want it to be. This challenge encourages us to learn about good nutrition, eat a wide variety of foods include the entire rainbow of fruits and vegetables, and develop healthy habits that will last a lifetime.
Do I have to be on social media to participate?
It is not a requirement! Some weekly goals will encourage you to share things like recipes, goals, struggles, etc. but they are not required by any means.
Can I participate if I am a vegetarian/vegan?
Absolutely! This challenge will encourage lean protein consumption and non-meat alternatives are included. Any diet or lifestyle is welcome, just keep in mind a huge focus of the challenge will be vegetable and fruit consumption on a daily basis.
