2022 Fall Nutrition Challenge

​​​​​​​We are excited to announce the CrossFit Stealth 2022 Fall Nutrition Challenge

This is a six-week nutrition challenge and we are keeping it SIMPLE. We will follow three core nutrition principals during this challenge - eat real food, not too much, mostly plants. The fourth category will be 7+ hours of sleep each night. Participants will earn +1 point for each category for the day. (+4 points max per day). Our goal is to encompass a “lifestyle approach” that focuses on creating long term healthy habits. For this challenge, we are eliminating the nitty-gritty of counting macros and detailed “diets” (i.e. SIMPLE). We want people to concentrate on how they feel by fueling their bodies with REAL whole food; however, it is still a “challenge” so we will have a benchmark workout at the beginning and end where people can see the importance of “how” their body feels. We will also encourage everyone to take before and after pictures (not mandatory). In addition, this challenge will include a before and after InBody Biometric Scan to determine everyone body fat. All of these categories will be taken into consideration when choosing a winner, but will not be the focus. 

To make this challenge even easier for everyone, we will supply each participant with 8 containers (additional containers can be purchased on Amazon), that are divided into three sections - 1 large and 2 small. The large section is for vegetables, one small section for protein, and one small for carbohydrates + 1 thumb size serving of fat.

In addition to the containers and InBody scans, we are using the NEW Wodify Rise platform/App to host the challenge. The Wodify Rise platform and App lets participants earn daily points, complete weekly challenges, upload photos, and it keeps an updated live leader board (similar to the whiteboard in Wodify).

The kick off Q&A will be held on Sunday, September 11 at 7pm on Zoom. You won’t want to miss this, as we will discuss challenge guidelines, meal prep/shopping tips, ideas, and how to access Wodify Rise. The challenge is $50 to participate.
