What equipment will I need?

Equipment needs: options for as basic as a set of dumbbells to a full blown gym


I haven't worked out in a long time and don't consider myself to be in very good shape. Can I still do this?

YES! This program is designed for every fitness level with options of scaling up or down. Also, fitness is just one component of this program.


I lead a crazy busy life and don't have much extracurricular time, will I have time for this?

Yes, you can adapt this program to fit your life. It can take as little as 30 minutes of your day. But, part of this program is helping you switch your mindset that taking care of yourself needs to be in your extracurricular time. You, your health and your wellness should be a priority in your life.
