This will be a 3 day a week challenge for the month of July. We will be working on improving your upper body pulling strength through ring rows, banded pull ups, strict pull ups, and weighted pull ups. You can only record 3 days per week. We will make Tuesday one of your days per week at Artis Strength and Fitness. You can do this at home but you must post it on social media or on our Facebook Page or Event Page to show what you are doing. Go to FAQ's for more info!
How do the points work?
You have three categories. Ring Rows, Banded Pull ups, and Strict pull ups. You can do all three or if you are only on Ring Rows then you have to stop there. This is your skill work. So if you can accomplish the work then you get the points. After those are accomplished you can move on to your 3 sets of work. Now you choose only one category. Ring Rows, Banded Pull ups, or Strict/Weighted Pull Ups. You will record your 3 sets points that you did and your warm up points as well.
