This year, for our Fitness and Nutrition Challenge, 802 CrossFit is taking on the #800gChallenge® by OptimizeMe Nutrition. Scoring will be MUCH easier and the rules are SIMPLE.
The idea behind this Challenge is, if our plates and snacks are loaded with healthy foods, it doesn't leave that much more room for the unhealthy ones.

What Are The Rules?
Remember, we are shooting to be BETTER and not perfect in this Challenge. Any little bit of improvement is better than nothing at all!
1. Eat 800 grams (or 6 cups) of fruits and vegetables a day.
2. Eat 0.7 to 1.0 grams per pound of Protein (or eye ball it, 1 Palm=25g) per day

4. Drink Water
5. Sleep 8 hours
