Your Challenge, if you choose to accept it:

ABS FOR REPS (Modification: No Modification)

Complete a minimum of 100 Full Crunches & 50 Toe Touches x 5 times a week.

You will be awarded one point for every 100 Full Crunches & 50 Toe Touches you complete.

If you miss a day, you can perform additional  100 Full Crunches & 50 Toe Touches , max  300 Full Crunches & 150 Toe Touches per day.  

If you are an over achiever, go for it!  But you will have completed your task if you get 22 points.
