August Life Challenge

This fall we want to help you get your health back by dialing in your Sleep, Nutrition, and Workout consistency. Starting August 12th (running ONLY 12 days) through August 23rd (that's one weekend). The cost is $30 and includes a body composition scan pre/post challenge. We're limiting to the first 30 sign ups so get on it. 

Rules are as follows:

  • Sleep: 1 Point if you sleep 7+ Hours Per Night.
  • Nutrition: 1 Point if you stick to meat, veggies, nuts, seeds, some fruit, a little starch, and NO SUGAR. Anything outside of these parameters does not count. 
  • Workout: How frequently can you come to the gym? 3 Points for coming to the gym (and signing in), 1 Point for working out at home, and 0 points for skipping a day.
