We believe that eating whole foods, moving your body, getting the right amount of sleep, and spending time meditating and growing into the human you want to become is the foundation for a happy and healthy life.

How it works:

Every day you can earn points for living the values of the challenge: (Eating whole foods, Getting 7-8 hours of sleep each night, moving your body for 60 minutes per day, and meditating and/or learning for 5 minutes per day.)

You can also earn points once per week for doing bonus tasks!

At the end of 6 weeks, not only will you have better habits for a happier, healthier life, you also have the opportunity to win MAJOR prizes!

We have different packages for you to choose from:

Basic 6 Week Challenge Package

  • 6 Week challenge entry 
  • Access to the closed Facebook group with daily motivation videos and community support.

Basic 6 Week Challenge + Meal Plan Package

  • 6 Week challenge
  • Entry plus access to the closed Facebook group with daily motivation videos and community support.
  • 6 Week Meal Plan with recipes and shopping lists

Locals ONLY Package:

  • 6 Week challenge
  • Entry plus access to the closed Facebook group with daily motivation videos and community support.
  • 6 Week Meal Plan with recipes and shopping lists
  • Access to unlimited Boxing and Barbell classes at our local gym.

**In addition to the plan, you can also choose to add a coaching call and /or personal training sessions to your package.**

At the end of these 6 weeks, you will have developed that habits to accomplish ANYTHING and be on track to living your most fulfilled life.
