It's time for a Nutrition Challenge!  This challenge is not just about losing weight, it's about creating lasting change by turning daily decisions into healthier habits that work for your lifestyle.  There is no one-size fits all when it comes to fitness and nutrition.  This Challenge has been designed to help you make healthier decisions on your terms - you pick a Challenge option that fits with your lifestyle, we'll just help keep you focused, accountable, and supported during the Challenge and beyond.

Here are the details:

  • 8 week Challenge, September 24th thru November 23rd.
  • Choose your version - Clean Eating, Macros, Keto.
  • Guidelines and 1 week of sample meal plans will be provided once you register.
  • Online fitness, nutrition, & lifestyle check-ins (through the WODIFY RISE app, see below for details) will be required daily and weekly.
  • Prizes packages include memberships, cash, and swag (details to come)!

What You need to Do:

  • Register for the Fall 2018 Challenge by clicking Register on the right.
  • Download the WODIFY RISE app from iTunes or Google Play.
  • Login with your existing WODIFY account.
  • Enter your starting stats(standards for measurements are provided once you register).
  • Get to work - be ready to give extra focus on your daily health and fitness habits for  8 weeks! Daily and weekly check-ins with the WODIFY RISE app will keep you on track.
