What will be the focus?

Changing 1 habit 30 days at a time for 90 days!

We will be focusing on what goes into our body and also moving our body and changing our mindset.  These will create lifelong changes! We are not looking to make quick change, only to fall back into our old routine or new routine.

MONTH #1 Micronutrient FOCUS: 800 gram Challenge: No restrictions just eat your veggies and  fruit in 800 grams per day. ADD whatever else to your plate to eat!

MONTH #2 Macronutrient FOCUS: We will take Body Measurements and break up your MACRO’s off your LBM... am I eating correct amounts? 

MONTH #3 Balance FOCUS: How to make smart choices during to Balance Work, Holidays, Exercise, and busy schedules. Get tools to help make life easy!!

Why 90 days?

It takes 21 days to create a new habit, but 90 days to create a new Lifestyle.We are looking to create habits to last a lifetime!!
