We believe that eating whole foods, moving your body, getting the right amount of sleep, and spending time meditating and growing into the human you want to become is the foundation for a happy and healthy life.
How it works:
Every day you can earn points for living the values of the challenge: (Eating whole foods, Getting 7-8 hours of sleep each night, moving your body for 60 minutes each day, meditating and/or learning for 5 minutes per day.)
You can also earn points once per week for doing bonus tasks!
At the end of 6 weeks, not only will you have better habits for a happier, healthier life, you also have the opportunity to win MAJOR prizes!
