Time to start the year right and also get ready for the 2018 CrossFit Open. Whether you are looking to ramp it up a notch or just want accountability for your health, this is the challenge for you! It is a 6 week challenge from 1/8 to 2/16. It is both an individual and group challenge.
You will earn points by completing 5 tasks. 3 are daily (avoiding sugar, getting PRs and attendance) and 2 are weekly (achieving group goals and bringing friends). The APP will track everything.
