Full (Send) February

Full Send February is all about consistency. The goal over the next month is to complete 5 tasks every day for 28 days. Exercise, Eat Well, Sleep, Clean Kitchen, and Be Thankful.

Everything that we are asking is very doable and if done every day has the ability to produce great results over time. Put another way - consistency breeds results. 

  1. Workout
  2. Sleep
  3. Eating
  4. Clean Your Kitchen
  5. Be Thankful

WHAT CAN YOU GET DONE IN 28 DAYS?

You can do a whole lot more than you think in 28 Days. However, this is just the beginning. The goal of this challenge is to get you in a place where these foundational tasks become daily habits that you can no longer live without. When you follow through and complete the plan over the next month you will more than likely see changes in body composition, mood, mentality, and you will see that you have a lot more time than you think and if you prioritize healthy living. 

WHAT COUNTS and WHAT DOESN'T:

1. Workout: 

These Count: Fit Class, CrossFit Class, SwingFit Class, 28 Minute Ruck, 28 Minute Run, Sweat and Stretch, Yoga, 28 Minute Sauna / Ice Bath Session, 28 Minutes of Cardio, 28 Minute Brisk/Purposeful Walk. 

These Don't: Leisure walk, shoveling driveway, yard work, Jumping on a trampoline, leisure bike ride, ice skating, doing dishes, playing with kids, anything else you can think of that's not of the list above. 

2. Sleep: 

These Count: In bed for 7+ hours, sleeping for 7+ Hours, in bed but my kid woke up and I had to put them back to sleep.

These Don't: In bed with phone or T.V. In bed reading does not count towards the 7 hours. Anything that doesn't involve trying to sleep. 

3. Eating: 

These Count: Meats, veggies, nuts, seeds, 1-3 servings of fruit, 1 serving of starch (potatoes, rice, etc.)    

These Don't: Sugar, fake sugar, sugar substitute, alcohol, 

4. Clean Yo' Kitchen

This Counts: The kitchen is completely cleaned and ready to go for the next day. Nothing left out. 

This Doesn't: Anything that isn't what is written above.

5. Be Thankful

This Counts: Write down at least 1 thing that you are grateful for. 

This Doesn't: Thinking about something you are grateful for and not writing it down.
