💥GAME ON: Healthy Kids & Teens Challenge💥

Through simple health and fitness goals, CrossFit Salus & Foundation Nutrition continuously strives to meet the challenge for healthier kids and teens!

This fun 2-week challenge is app-based, open to kids and teens from anywhere (you don't have to be a member) and includes learning and earning points for IMMUNE BOOSTING lifestyle habits like:

  1. exercising (fun daily challenges, getting outside for Vit. D, etc)
  2. eating healthy (exploring more fruits & veggies, eating breakfast, etc)
  3. drinking plenty of water
  4. taking time to relax (meditate, stretch)
  5. getting enough sleep

Every day brings a new fun challenge to keep kids motivated and health AT HOME. They can go back and "make up" challenges any day to earn points over two weeks.
