Your Challenge, if you choose to accept it:

LUNGE CHALLENGE (Modification: KB Weight Only)

Complete a minimum of 60 BODY WEIGHT LUNGES per day L/R = 2 (1 point).

You will be awarded one point for every 60 BODY WEIGHT LUNGES you complete.

If you miss a day, you can perform additional  60 BODY WEIGHT LUNGES, max  180 per day.  

If you are an over achiever, go for it!  But you will have completed your task if you get 22 points.
