May Mobility & Mindfulness

We all know we could benefit more from a little stretch, exercising our gratitude muscles, and slowing down our ‘monkey brain’.


But very often we let these slip because there’s always something more urgent to be done. 


To help us for May we’re going to run a free Mindfulness & Mobility Challenge.


How it’s played.


  • 1 point for daily gratitude - writing down three things you’re grateful for each morning and why.
  • 1 point for daily mobility - spend 5 minutes stretching or foam rolling daily. 
  • 1 point for daily mindfulness - simply sit in quiet with your eyes closed for 5 minutes. 


That’s it! Really simply and a very powerful way to boost your health.
