Your Challenge, if you choose to accept it:

PLANK CHALLENGE (Modification: none)

Complete a minimum of 3 minutes per day (1 point).

You will be awarded one point for every 3 minutes you complete.

If you miss a day, you can perform additional   3 minutes, max  9 minutes per day.  

If you are an over achiever, go for it!  But you will have completed your task if you get 22 points.
