Here it is: eat 800 grams, by weight, of fruits and vegetables per day...and then anything else you want. YOU pick which fruits and veggies you eat.

Preparation style doesn’t matter. Weigh them cooked, canned, frozen, or fresh! What’s important is that you get a healthy dose of fruits and veggies in your diet, without overly strict and unrealistic rules. It’s healthy eating without the obsession!

WHAT IS IT?

The #800gChallenge was designed by OptimizeMe Nutrition. Eat 800 grams (g) of fruits and/or vegetables, by weight, per day.

No foods are eliminated, but only fruits and veggies count toward the 800g. Eat the fruits and veggies of your choice. Hit the macros you want. Yes even potatoes and corn!

Raw, cooked, canned, frozen; doesn’t matter!  If you can weigh it as a standalone and unprocessed fruit or vegetable, you can count it.
