RUSSIAN SWING CHALLENGE

Your Challenge, if you choose to accept it:

RUSSIAN SWING CHALLENGE (Modification: KB Weight Only)

Complete a minimum of 50 Russian Swings per day - 70/53  (1 point).

You will be awarded one point for every 50 Russian Swings you complete.

If you miss a day, you can perform additional  50 Russian Swings , max  150  per day.  

If you are an over achiever, go for it!  But you will have completed your task if you get 20points.
