Your Monthly Challenge Starts 02/01/2019 - 02/28/2019*

Your Challenge, if you choose to accept it:

Complete a minimum of 15 Calories x 5 times a week.  Each increment of 15 will award the athlete one point.

Challenge completed with 20 points.

You will be awarded one point for every Calorie Increment you complete.

If you miss a day, you can perform additional Calorie increments, max 3 points per day.

The completion of calorie requirement equals one point.

Can I do more than maximum 3 points per day? YES, but you will only be awarded 3 points.

Can I do less than Calorie requirement per day? YES, but you will NOT receive a point.

Can I perform the task outside the box? NO

Can I perform more than points required for the challenge? YES, however; completion of the challenge only requires points described above.

Who will enter my score? You are responsible for entering your points on the WODify Rise App.  It is available in the APP Store.
