Join the NJ HIIT 6-Week Spring Challenge and see what you can accomplish by Memorial Day with consistency and accountability! This is a point-based challenge where participants earn points on our designated challenge app for completing daily fitness and health tasks and challenges. With this challenge, not only will you have a great opportunity to improve your body composition and fitness level, but also an opportunity to win the challenge by collecting as many points as possible.
Heads up! We'll be doing weekly InBody weigh ins, workouts, progress pictures, and zoom meetings throughout the challenge. Get ready to fully commit to 6-weeks of self improvement via challenges and accountability Our coaches and team leaders will do daily checkups and updates.
Do I have to be an NJ HIIT member to participate in the challenge? No you do not need to be an NJ HIIT member to participate. Everyone can join regardless of membership status.
Do I get access to classes as a non-member during the challenge? Yes, all participants get full access to all classes and open gym hours.
If I back out of the challenge, is there a refund? No, the registration investment for this challenge is non-refundable.
Can I do this challenge if I'm pregnant? In terms of improving fitness and health during your pregnancy, yes you can participate. However, you will not be able to do an InBody Scan while pregnant due to the use of the bioimpedance with the InBody machine. Our coaches will also have to modify exercises that are safer for pregnant women.
How old do I need to be to participate? With parental or legal guardian permission, the youngest age to participate is 15 years old.
