The YOU Project: Keeping YOUngstown Fit!

We have all been there... We register for some sort of challenge and after completion we revert back to old habits. Often, the guidelines and requirements during these challenges are not sustainable and lead to short-term results. This year we have partnered with several local businesses to put together a one-of-a-kind experience that will make YOUngstown healthier! 

THIS YEAR, THE YOU PROJECT IS DIFFERENT!!

The YOU Project is not your traditional challenge or transformation. During the next 6 weeks we will help you identify the best version of yourself and train lifestyle habits based around fitness, nutrition, mindset and overall wellness. We will provide the right amount of challenge and accountability for you to create real and sustainable change. 

Access into The YOU Project will include the following: 

  • Unlimited access to The Train Station and HIIT Ohio for 6 weeks
  • Habit based nutrition coaching for 6 weeks 
  • Initial nutrition consultation (virtual or in person) 
  • Weekly check ins with your fitness and nutrition coaches 
  • Nutrition app packed with a personalized meal plan, recipes & shopping lists 
  • Fitness app to benchmark and measure performance, progress, and results 
  • Education including nutrition seminars, cooking classes, & wellness tips
  • Members only group for accountability and communication 
  • VIP discounts from local health and wellness businesses including Prepped Wellness, Optimal Health and Wellness, Youngstown Nutrition, and more! 
  • Prizes for a variety of accomplishments & pop up challenges along the way  

Project tasks will be based off the following categories:

  • Alcohol
  • Progress

  • ROUND 1: January 11 - February 21, 2021
  • ROUND 2: February 22 - April 4, 2021
  • ROUND 3: April 5 - May 16, 2021 
  • ROUND 4: May 17 - June 27, 2021
  • ROUND 5: June 28 - August 8, 2021
  • ROUND 6: August 9 - September 19, 2021
  • ROUND 7: September 20 - October 31, 2021
  • ROUND 8: November 1 - December 12, 2021
