We have all been there... We register for some sort of challenge and after completion we revert back to old habits. Often, the guidelines and requirements during these challenges are not sustainable and lead to short-term results. This year we have partnered with several local businesses to put together a one-of-a-kind experience that will make YOUngstown healthier!
THIS YEAR, THE YOU PROJECT IS DIFFERENT!!
The YOU Project is not your traditional challenge or transformation. During the next 6 weeks we will help you identify the best version of yourself and train lifestyle habits based around fitness, nutrition, mindset and overall wellness. We will provide the right amount of challenge and accountability for you to create real and sustainable change.
